Insurance is about protection and peace of mind. When you purchase an insurance product it is reasonable for you to expect that all valid claims will be dealt with promptly and that you will be treated fairly. To this end we will only arrange your insurance with insurers who maintain a high level of claims service.
We will always assist you in negotiations with your insurer’s and keep you informed, as much as we are able, as to the progress of your claim.
Sometimes claims are rejected by insurer’s because they fall outside the scope of cover so it is important to read your policy document and in particular the exclusions clauses warranties, Conditions and excesses
